RUFF ‘n’ TUMBLE is an indigenous lifestyle (fashion) brand with an international appeal that has been designing, producing and retailing clothing for children for nearly two decades; with retail outlets spread across Nigeria is seeking to expand its operations.
To aid this drive, the
organization is looking to employ passionate, creative and change oriented
individuals to fill the following vacant positions:
Chief Operating Officer (COO) – C 111
Reporting to the founder (CRO)
Responsibilities
·
Overseeing the day to day running
of the business
·
Develop, implement and evaluates
all strategic, fiscal, management and policy matters in the Retail Operations
business in accordance with organizational objectives.
·
Manage, supervise, and lead Retail
Store Business, Production, Logistics and Distribution units.
·
Analyze trends, plan, direct and
coordinate supply chains and retail operations to achieve market growth.
·
Conduct sales and productivity
analysis and initiate appropriate action necessary to achieve strategic and
financial goals.
·
Manage and optimize a supply chain
logistics network with multiple distribution centers.
·
Develop regional implementation of
distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization,
inventory control, and demand planning.
·
Qualifications
·
Advanced Degree, at a minimum a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
·
At least ten (10) years
senior-level, (multiple retail store experience) with an emphasis on
supply chain management and/or FMCG
·
Exceptional analytical, judgment,
and decision making skills; oral and written communications skills; financial
management skills; systems analysis and evaluation skills.
·
Demonstrated experience with
creating and executing strategic planning for a large organization.
·
Preferred age range: 35 – 45years
Inventory/Distribution Manager: IDM 112
Responsibilities
·
Overseeing efficient and
seamless running of the various sections of the distribution unit
·
Coordinate merchandise
movement, storage and processing
·
Evaluate existing inventory
management processes and develop relevant process for efficiency
·
Develop regional implementation of
distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization,
inventory control, and demand planning.
·
Plan, design and execute inventory
and warehousing strategies to meet the organization’s expansion drive.
·
Qualifications
·
Minimum a Bachelors degree in
Accounting/ Business Admin ( Member of Chartered Institute of Supply chain
would be an advantage)
·
At least five (5) years
senior-level, (multiple distribution outlets) experience
·
Exceptional analytical,
leadership, judgment, and decision making skills
·
A solid understanding and
capacity for execution
·
Strong oral and written
communications skills
·
Preferred age 30 -35years
Brand/Marketing Manager: BM 113
Reports to the COO
Responsibilities
·
Define, propose and evaluate cost
effective marketing strategies and tactics to ensure sales targets are met and
surpassed
·
Plan and execute marketing
communications program and initiatives all year round
·
Ensure seamless running and
coordination of the Brand/marketing unit for effectiviness and timeliness in
deliverables
·
Conduct market research and manage
the E-commerce and social media activities for Ruff’n’Tumble products.
·
Increase value proposition of
offers made to the target customer
Qualifications
·
Minimum a Bachelors Degree in
Marketing, Business Management or relevant course (at professional level in
Marketing/Brand Communications)
·
At least 5years experience in
senior role leading a Brand/marketing team
·
A solid understanding and
capacity for execution
·
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
·
Ability to analyze data and come
up with information and actionable plans to grow the business (which includes competitive
analysis)
·

Retail Store Team Leads (in Kano, Port
Harcourt, Ibadan, Lagos, Ghana) – SS 114
Responsibilities
·
Ensure effective functioning of
the outlet and staff therein, including overseeing the outlet’s sales
&marketing, financial records, storage, requisition and receipt.
·
Manage the outlet to maximize
excellent customer service experience
·
Initiate and implement efficient
and effective customer service to promote sales, customer satisfaction and
retention
·
Gather market intelligence of area
to promote marketing and drive sales
·
Manage and develop the staff that
are direct reports
·
Prepare all departmental reports
to guide in management planning and decision making.
Qualifications
·
A Bachelors Degree in social
sciences or relevant fields.
·
At least 2years experience
(Preferably in Retail industry)
·
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
·
Good presentation skills
·
Strong Customer service skills
·
Strong Leadership/Coaching Skills
·
Confident and enthusiastic
·
PreferredAge: 25 – 29years
Graphic Artistes:
Young, Creative, willing to learn and
work in fashion industry are also open to apply for graphic artiste position.
